Marketing & Brand Experience Lead

Hideout Bali. Selat, Karangasem

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Brand Experience Lead to drive growth and brand presence for Hideout — a collection of iconic bamboo houses in East Bali known for design, nature, and barefoot luxury.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead all marketing efforts with high autonomy, backed by a community of 450K+ followers and a rich creative asset library ready to explore.

Requirements:

4–6+ years of marketing experience with a memorable consumer, hospitality, or lifestyle brand
Clear results you can demonstrate: audience growth, improved conversions, and strong PR
Hands-on experience with Meta Business, Google Ads, Search Console, and email/CRM tools
Comfortable with AI, Canva (or Adobe basics), and short-form video workflows
Excellent English and professional-level Bahasa Indonesia
Organised, practical, and happy to switch between strategy and doing
Able to work partly from home and travel regularly to East Bali
