We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at our boutique hospitality property. This position offers a unique opportunity to build and develop an exclusive destination with high autonomy in directing the brand’s evolution.

Requirements:

• Proven boutique hospitality GM / senior operations leader with demonstrated track record
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and performance-oriented
• Strong people leadership skills with intercultural teams
• Confident in luxury-level guest relations
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and operationally focused
• Strong in events/programming and building destination energy
