The building has two floors, on the first floor, you can find a neat, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living/relaxing area (with extra hanging hammock), wardrobe with safety box, bathroom, and entrance to the outdoor shower. On the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom, providing king size bed with a mosquito net. Right in front of the unique triangular window, there are multiple bean bags for reading, cuddling and relaxing, the perfect place for meditation or playing a musical instrument, all with a direct view of the shimmering river.
The space
Our hideout bali is an intimate bamboo hideaway designed for deep rest, privacy, and connection with nature. The open-plan layout blends indoor comfort with the outdoors. Large openings, natural ventilation, and thoughtful orientation keep the space airy and pleasant, while air-conditioning in the bedroom ensures comfortable sleep even on warmer nights.
The bathroom is a signature part of the experience, a true expression of jungle luxury. A spacious rain shower with strong hot water, surrounded by natural materials and greenery, turns everyday routines into slow, grounding rituals.
Inside the hideout, you’ll also find a curated selection of books, Balinese instruments, and small details meant to invite you to slow down, unplug, and stay present.

Our team is here for you throughout your stay. We offer a wide range of services and curated packages. From in-hideout experiences to thoughtful surprises, all designed to turn your time at hideout into something truly memorable.
Guests can order food, drinks, our signature drinks or services directly from hideout bistro and enjoy it either in the shared riverside garden or in the privacy of their own hideout.
The hideout is equipped with very fast internet, a Bluetooth speaker for your own music, and yoga mats available to borrow.
There is no air-conditioning. Thanks to the open bamboo architecture, excellent natural ventilation, and a ceiling fan, cooling is rarely needed as the space is designed to breathe with the jungle.
Being set directly by the river and surrounded by nature also means occasional encounters with wildlife. This is a natural part of staying in the jungle. Something to be expected, respected, and hopefully welcomed as part of the experience.
Other things to note
The view from the house is focused directly on one of the most sacred places around, called Campuhan. Campuhan is a Balinese term for a place where two rivers meet. This place is regarded by locals as a holy place for centuries. It’s a source of holy water for ceremonies and cleansing the body and spirit. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to observe Balinese during their ceremonies and baths. Campuhan is a very magical place, attracting good vibes and positive energy.
You can’t lock the bamboo house, you can close the garden gate from the inside.
